Job Satisfaction among Industrial and Technical Teacher Educators.

A study of 133 industrial technical teacher educators found that demographic factors (age, years in position, years in teacher education) explain only a small amount of variance in job satisfaction. Results were similar to a 1997 sample, except the current group was more satisfied with the nature of work and less with operating conditions. (Contains 50 references.) (SK)
