Shattering Our Stereotype: Librarian's New Image.

Presents results of Scherdan's revised Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) study, and compares outcomes to past MBTI studies to disprove librarian stereotypes. Scheridan's 1992 study used responses from 1,600 librarians to determine psychological types and personality profiles. Discussions and tables compare results to the general population, other library jobs, and different types of libraries. (JMV)
