Time-Outs for Toddlers: Is Our Goal Punishment or Education?
Schreiber, Mary Ellis
Young Children, v54 n4 p22-25 Jul 1999

Suggests that caregivers should join young children at play, be alert for learning opportunities, and develop practices to minimize conflicts. (LBT)
