This bulletin is one of a series reporting on a nationwide study "Qualification and Preparation of Teachers of Exceptional Children," which, since its inception, has been a major project of the Office of Education. This publication reports the aspects of a broader study which deals specifically with teachers of children who are blind. The following are appended: (1) The plan and procedures of the Office of Education Study "Qualifications and Preparation of Teachers of Exceptional Children; (2) Information about the 100 participating teachers of the blind; (3) Information on statistical procedures and results; and (4) Excerpts from inquiry forms used to collect information.
