Searching for a Common Core: An Examination of Human Sexuality Textbook References.

Examines a sample of 15 human sexuality textbooks published between 1989 and 1997 to determine the overlap in references among textbooks. Finds that 18.9% of the references appeared in more than one textbook, less than 1% were cited in 11 or more, and only three references appeared in all 15 texts. (CMK)
