Poulin, Russell; And Others
Information on North Dakota degree and certificate programs available and student program completions for fiscal year 1986-87 in postsecondary educational institutions is presented. A completed program is defined as one where the individual meets all necessary requirements to obtain a degree or certificate in that field of study. Education codes are explained. A list of abbreviations of colleges is offered along with names of the chief administrators at the two-year and four-year institutions. Institutional changes per academic year are noted in a table. One- and two-year program offerings by field in public and private institutions are listed. Additional sections list bachelor's program offerings by field in public and private institutions, master's and doctoral program offerings by field, and programs offered by Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) code. Under the section on student completions by program, data are given on one- and two-year student completions, bachelor's degree program completions, master's and doctoral degree program completions, and program completers by field of study (with statistics from 1976-77, 1985-86, and 1986-87).
