Developing Alcohol Courses in a Two Year College.

An Alcohol Services specialization was developed in the two-year associate degree in community services technology program. The project demonstrated that: (1) alcohol courses are financially viable; (2) recovering alcoholics and employed workers are receptive; (3) employers will hire graduates; and (4) courses attract other students.
