This article, presented at the California Personnel and Guidance Association, San Diego, February, 1976, assesses ethnic compositions of college counseling center staffs in two-year and four-year institutions. Of 74 college counseling centers surveyed, a greater percentage of minority counseling staff existed compared to the equivalent group of minority students enrolled. (Author)
