This report (11th in a series) provides selected 1985-86 enrollment and financial data for the California community college districts. Parts I and II present headcount enrollment data for fall 1985 by district, and average daily attendance (ADA) figures for credit, non-credit, and apprenticeship programs for fiscal year (FY) 1985-86. Part III offers summaries of first recalculation and second principal apportionments and credit base revenue per ADA. General fund transactions for FY 1985-86 are presented in part IV, along with budgeted general fund transactions for FY 1986-87. Part V presents summaries of general fund revenues for FY 1985-86, and budgeted revenues for FY 1986-87, while part VI presents statewide general fund expenditures by objects and aggregated activities for 1985-86 and the budgeted statewide general fund expenditures for 1986-87. Summaries of current and budgeted current expense of education are presented in part VII, while part VIII examines general fund expenditures by instructional and support activities. Part IX focuses on additional financial transactions, including those related to governmental, propietary, and fiduciary funds. A summary of report highlights, footnotes, and a glossary are included. There are two addenda. The first consists of graphs depicting trends of students, revenues, and expenditures. The second provides comparative rankings of districts by student workload, enrollment, salary costs, etc. (EJV)
