Competencies for International Financial Management (IFM).

Competencies in international financial management important for study at the master's degree level were identified and validated, using a two-round modified Delphi technique in an expert consensus model. Content analysis of eight textbooks revealed 141 competencies. Six experts ranked these for importance and for two additional competencies identified by them. A list of 93 essential competencies resulted. (MSE)
