Increased Efforts to Recruit Blacks into Teaching: A Dilemma for the Black Family.
Thompson, Thomas E.
Teaching Education, v3 n1 p34-41 Sum-Fall 1990

Alternative solutions to the shortage of Black teachers are proposed. (IAH)
