Presents a study that examined the effects of ethnic differences on students' attitudes about drug use, alcohol, tobacco, and other drug experiences. Used structured interviews with African American and European American adolescents (n=67). Reports there were some ethnic differences, particularly related to the adolescents' motivations behind norm behaviors. (CMK)
