Interorganizational Relationships Between Schools of Social Work and Field Agencies: Testing a Framework for Analysis.
Bogo, Marion; Globerman, Judith
Journal of Social Work Education, v35 n2 p265-74 Spr-Sum 1999
A survey of 62 social-work field educators investigated factors associated with effective interorganizational relationships, examining relationships between three categories of agencies and the university on four dimensions: commitment to education; organizational supports/resources; interpersonal relations; and collaborative/reciprocal activities. Strengths and distinctive contributions of the different types of organization, to the university and to field education, are discussed. (MSE)
