Classrooms: The Confluence of Essential Social Streams.
Leppard, Lynden J.
Social Education, v57 n2 p80-82 Feb 1993
Agreement about importance of learning and how learning can be achieved is possible. Confluence of interests exists among four aspects of human behavior: business and workplace; politics and citizenship; schooling and education; critical and creative thinking. Thirty years of research and scholarship supports the view that critical and creative thinking can be taught if appropriate instructional strategies are used. (CFR)
