Developing Favorable Attitudes toward Animal Life among Elementary School Pupils.

Examined student attitudes after a humane education program which included "guest presentations." Results indicate that there was no advantage in having speakers and that programs using the guest speaker model to foster positive attitudes toward animals may tend to be ineffective. (JN)
