Reviews the purpose, implementation, and some effects of the Australian Science Education Project (ASEP). A survey of 148 Form 1 science teachers in 188 Victoria high schools shows that most teachers feel that they are aware of the ideas of ASEP and confident about using ASEP materials. (MLH)
