A New Statistical Picture of Tasmanian Science Teachers

Teachers were surveyed for their years of experience, type of higher education and amount of training in biology, chemistry, geology and physics. Results are given in table form and analyzed. This 1975 survey shows that metropolitan schools have teachers with more training and experience than other schools in Tasmania. (AJ)
