Author clarifies some misunderstandings between his view of educational responsibility and that of Kenneth Conklin and endorses a policy of personal responsibility; that is, that all school members, including students, should be responsible for determining school activities and policies. Professor Conklin endorses the policy of adult authority, i.e., that adults should be responsible for all school decisions. (MLH)
