Age and Staff Development Experience with Computers as Factors Affecting Teacher Attitudes toward Computers.

Investigated the effects of age and participation in a computer-related staff development program on elementary, junior high, and high school teachers' (N-4l) computer attitudes. Results indicate that anxiety about computers was significantly decreased while confidence/liking were increased and that age was not a significant factor. (DH)
