Inservice workshops were conducted to help elementary teachers (self-contained and subject specialists) understand energy issues. Information/background, sources of materials/activities, experiments/demonstrations, and evaluation are discussed. One important aspect of the project was the local utilities' involvement in the workshops. (DH)
