Reports on the results of a survey of the attitudes of rural fifth through seventh grade students toward the energy crisis. Among results, it was found that children at this age level appeared to understand some of the problems and implications of electricity generation from fossil and nuclear fuels, and that overall, older children and females were more cautious in their views concerning the generation of electricity.
