Do Mass Media Reach the Masses? The Indian Experience.
Raghavan, G. N. S.
Prospects: Quarterly Review of Education, v10 n1 p90-98 1980
Hindrances encountered in mass media programing in developing nations are enumerated, including local language variations, irrelevance and conflict of interest between directing programs to urban well-to-do or rural poor.
