Dimensions of the Community College Faculty Labor Market.

Used data from the 1993 National Study of Postsecondary Faculty to characterize the community college faculty labor market and assess faculty's propensity to retire or change jobs. Findings included that retirements will be gradual and that the market fits neither a classic or internal labor market definition; it is, however, well suited to characteristics of the community college.
