Museums: Using Keyworkers To Deliver Lifelong Learning.

Describes a study that looked at keyworkers' (mediators between museums and public) contributions to lifelong learning and to helping members of public overcome cultural exclusion. Reports that field studies were undertaken in the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Ireland. States that the study was used to develop museum policy, to attract public to museums, and to help increase funding. (NB)
