Burnout or Alienation? A Context Specific Study of Occupational Fatigue among Secondary School Teachers.

Thirty-five teachers were interviewed and 100 surveyed by questionnaire to examine their views of the teaching career and its setting and to define a framework from which to view the problem of occupational fatigue and effects of intervention.
