Why Students Fail in Masomo, Zaire
Studstill, John D.
Journal of Research and Development in Education, 9, 4, 124-36, Sum 76

This study demonstrates that administration policy and social environment of schools, as well as student ability and performance, may account for high failure rate. (RW)
