The Effect of Programmed Materials on the Vocal Development of Selected Children's Choruses.

Forty elementary school music teachers who regularly taught chorus were assigned to either treatment or control groups. The treatment group received programed instruction with adjunct listening examples on the vocal development of children's choruses. Posttests of chorus performance after a 10-week implementation period showed no significant difference between treatment and control group. (JDH)
