The Impact of School Political Systems on Student Political Attitudes

Describes a study of the effects of student participation in school policy-making upon student attitudes. Data were collected from students in a comprehensive high school and a small alternative school within the comprehensive school. Students in the alternative school participated more in policy-making and also showed more positive attitudes. (Author/AV)
