Preenrollment Variables and Academic Performance as Predictors of Freshman Year Persistence, Early Withdrawal, and Stopout Behavior in an Urban, Nonresidential University.
Pascarella, Ernest T.; And Others
Research in Higher Education, v15 n4 p329-49 1981

After first-quarter academic performance, relatively clear distinctions can be made between students who persist and those who do not. (Author/MLW)
