The relationships between job satisfaction and aspects of life at work and away from work were studied in 112 faculty members. Unlike the general population, academics appeared to experience a high degree of spillover between work and life away from work. (Author/MSE)

A survey was made of all institutions offering inservice diploma courses for specialist teachers of children with special education needs in order to determine areas of special need covered by the courses, qualifications of the teacher educators, and characteristics of the teachers taking the courses. A study of children's behavior over three years of infant schooling (at five through seven years of age) included setting, teacher student interaction, student background, and social mode.
