Questionnaire responses of a large educational faculty in a private university were used to examine support for collective bargaining and several propositions about unionism. Multiple-choice examination answer copying was indexed by a comparison of the numbers of items answered incorrectly, and in the same way, as adjacent and distant classmates. The significance of the "course effect" as well as the "teacher effect" on the student rating of teaching competence was assessed using analysis of variance.
