Age at Start as a Correlate of Intervention Effectiveness.
Mastropieri, Margo A.
Psychology in the Schools, v24 n1 p59-62 Jan 1987
Evaluated posttest performances of disabled preschoolers on Bayley Mental Development Index and Bayley Psychomotor Development Index in relation to age at which intervention began, length of intervention, and Bayley pretest scores. Results indicated that age at start and length of treatment bore little relation to treatment outcomes. Bayley pretest scores correlated moderately with posttest scores. (Author/NB)
