Educational Productivity and Rorschach Location Responses of Preschool Japanese and American Children.
Takeuchi, Michio; Scott, Ralph
Psychology in the Schools, v23 n4 p368-73 Oct 1986
Compared Rorschach protocols of Japanese five- and six-year olds with chronological age norms of comparable Americans. Japanese location responses profiles were characteristic of rapid mental development: fewer whole responses, and a higher proportion of major and minor details. The Japanese provided more responses and over a greater breadth of content categories. (Author/ABB)
