The purpose of this research is to conduct a descriptive survey research study that will look at the value of using customized training materials to train employees to learn how to use software. The data will be repeatedly compared; ensuring the design of the research and the corresponding data collection method provides a panoramic and holistic view of the different variations for comparison, interpretation and validation of the data (Crespin, Miller, & Batteau, 2005; Creswell, 2003; Rouna, 2005).
