This study examines the effects of a positive behavior intervention on the behavior of students in a single elementary school located in a rural area of West Virginia. A Single Group Pretest-Treatment-Posttest Design was utilized with the frequency of Office Discipline Referrals (ODR's) as the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square statistic.
