Connections: Arts, Academics, and Productive Citizens.
Hanna, Judith Lynne
Phi Delta Kappan, v73 n8 p601-07 Apr 1992
Education in the arts has the power to be intrinsically valuable and to help fulfill nonaesthetic, utilitarian goals. An examination of dance education shows at least 19 ways to connect dance to academics and the world of work. (37 references) (MLH)
