The Educational Consequences of Choice.
Hill, Paul T.
Phi Delta Kappan, v77 n10 p671-75 Jun 1996
Universal school choice would strongly benefit all children, including the disadvantaged, by promoting candid and demanding relationships among teachers, parents, and students. Individual sponsors pay tuition for low-income minority students to attend Catholic high schools. (MLH)
