It was compiled from 4 volumes separately published by the National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (NICHCY). The Research to Practice Division of the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) administers the discretionary programs authorized by the 1997 Amendments to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
