Part C Updates is a compilation of information on various aspects of the Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities (Part C) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This is the eighth volume in a series of compilations, which included two editions of Part H Updates, the former name of the program. The intent of Part C Updates is to collect, in a convenient format, a variety of resources that meet the information needs of state and jurisdictional Part C program staff, the Office of Special Education Programs of the U.S. Department of Education, and policymakers at all levels. It includes the following sections: (1) Part C program administration; (2) Part C program implementation; and (3) Part C data. An appendix contains the full text of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-446). (For the seventh in the series, see ED490509.)
