Agenda: National Council of La Raza, 1976
As the first Chicano college of the Northwest, Colegio Cesar Chavez offers the Bachelor of Arts degree in: Chicano Studies; Bilingual/Bicultural Elementary Education; and Early Childhood Development. The story of the Colegio's three-year struggle for institutional recognition and survival is the focus of this article. (JC)
