The National Assessment of Educational Progress: The Nation's Report Card.
Wolf, Richard M.
NASSP Bulletin, v77 n556 p36-45 Nov 1993
Reviews development of the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) and describes its current status. Other problems surround NAEP proficiency scale interpretations and responsiveness to curriculum changes. (Contains 11 references.) (MLH)
