Collaborating Careers: The Differential Effects of Race
Thomas, Michele B.; Neal, Patricia A.
Journal of Vocational Behavior, 12, 1, 33-41, Feb 78

Black females favored maternal child care even when this reduced the family income. Results are discussed relevant to collaborating career patterns among middle-class black families. (Author)
