The Occupational Cylinder as a Means for Vocational Maturity Enhancement.

The occupational cylinder demonstrates the hierarchical arrangement of the occupational levels and the circular configuration of occupational fields. In this study, contribution of the cylinder to the vocational maturity of 11th and 12th graders was investigated. The study implies that an understanding of the occupational structure enhances vocational maturity attitudes. (Author)
