The convergent and divergent construct validity of the Strong-Campbell Interest Inventory and the Vocational Interest Inventory was examined separately in samples of male and female college counselees. The validity of the SCII General Themes was strongly supported while minor weaknesses in certain Basic Interest and Occupational scales were revealed. (Author)
