Holland Type as a Moderator of Personality-Performance Predictions.
Fritzsche, Barbara A.; McIntire, Sandra A.; Yost, Amy Powell
Journal of Vocational Behavior, v60 n3 p422-36 Jun 2002

The important relationship between personality and performance may be masked if context is ignored. (Contains 41 references.) (SK)
