Factor analysis of data from the Career Decision Scale, Career Factors Inventory, and Career Decision Difficulties Questionnaire for 434 undecided college students resulted in six factors: lack of information, need for information, trait indecision, disagreement, identity diffusion, and choice anxiety. Cluster analysis yielded three clusters: information deficit/identity diffusion, decision process inhibitors, and choice inhibitors. (Contains 46 references.) (SK)
