Perceived Benefits of Using an Internet-based Interactive Career Planning System.

For 712 subjects, decidedness before and after using Making Better Career Decisions, an Internet career planning system, was compared. Most were willing to recommend it and half reported moderate increases in decidedness. Perceived benefit depended on subjective perception of career decision-making progress after using the system.
