The Relationship of Problem-Solving Appraisal to Career Decision and Indecision.

Examined differences between students (N=64) who appraised their problem-solving skills as positive versus negative on two career indecision instruments. Subjects who perceived themselves as positive problem solvers were more confident about their decision-making ability and occupational potential and more likely to have related their abilities to an occupational field.
