The Applicability of Holland's Typology to Clients.

Evaluated Holland's theory of vocational choice using data from clients (college students seeking career counseling) who took the Strong Campbell Interest Inventory. Findings suggested clients are less consistent and less differentiated than nonclient controls but can be expected to have General Occupational Theme (SCII) scores similar to nonclients. (JAC)
