Responses from 119 of 278 technology teachers recognized as outstanding found the most enjoyable aspect of teaching was the stimulation of learning and working with new technologies and students. Frustrations derived from lack of funding and equipment, decline in some student characteristics, and lack of support from administrators. (SK)
